Gil Fancher recently joined Sonnenalp Real Estate an Exclusive Affiliate of Christies Great Estates as the newest member of their esteemed team of brokers. Gil was raised in Greenwood, MS and attended Mississippi State University. He began a career in resort hospitality during a college program at Walt Disney University before moving to Vail in 1991. Gil began selling real estate in Vail in 1999 and has aquired a vast knowledge of the Vail area over the past 16 years. He has enjoyed a successful real estate career throughout the past 8 years, specializing in luxury resort properties in all areas of Vail and Beaver Creek as well as ranch & mountain properties, he has also helped a number of Vail area locals get their start into the Real Estate market. Gil lives with his wife and two children in Avon and loves what the Vail and Beaver Creek areas have to offer his family. It is his love and passion for the Vail Vailey, mixed with his desire to help people, that makes him an excellent Real Estate Broker.
